Sure, depending on the situation. Our most common requirements are sewer lines and residential sewer lines, which we snake. They run an average of $250 to $300, plus tax and tolls if it’s somewhere we need to drive over a bridge.
Hours range from 8 AM to 6 PM or 7 PM. That’s when we would finish. It just depends on who the call’s coming from and where my technicians are.
Call us, and if we can’t assist, we have subcontractors who work with us, and I would reach out to one of them. We would have them call the customer to see if they could schedule something, either right away or the following day.
If we’re repairing it, it depends on what the faucet needs; it could be a number of different things. I would say that whether repairing or replacing, you’re looking at anywhere from 1 to 2 hours.
We are an insured sewer and drain company and also handle various plumbing work.
Water pressure – that’s your feed line coming in. A technician would need to come on-site to check where the water meter is located, because the meter could be the issue. Or it could be a cartridge issue in the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink, or the tub.
So the issue could be a cartridge replacement or something wrong with the water meter.
Yes, we do. It’s one of our main services. We offer water heater maintenance, installation, or repair.
The most common and popular answer, if we’re talking bathtubs, is usually hair or soap residue. If we’re talking kitchen drains, it’s usually grease.
In a commercial establishment, sometimes the grease is so heavy that it packs up in the line. It may call for something more than snaking, perhaps hydro-jetting to blow the line out. It depends on the severity of the backup, but most sink backups are a grease issue.
We don’t. The technician travels to a location, gets on-site, and answers all the customer’s questions. There is a minimum $150 service fee, plus tolls if we need to cross a bridge.
Depending on the time and our availability at the moment, we could potentially get to a customer within 2 hours.
Anthony has owned the company for about 12 years.
I feel our technicians are the best around. They’re not only personable, but they’re also very experienced and caring.
They get on site, assess the problem, and before they do anything, they share what they’re seeing with a pair of experienced eyes with the customer. They give the customer an assessment of the work needed and the price, so the customer isn’t blindsided after the fact.
Sure, by the company phone or through the website. The best number to call is Jimmy’s cell phone: 929-239-1659. Of course, we’re in and out of the office, so that’s an easier number to reach him or leave a message for him to call back. He typically responds within 30 minutes.
We do. We do provide a warranty on sewer lines and sink lines, as long as we’re not going back to pull out more hair or additional grease. We don’t guarantee things like that.
For toilet bowl lines, we don’t guarantee anything if we have to pull back wipes, women’s products, or paper towels.
We accept credit cards, Cash, Zelle payments, and we will accept checks.
Depending on the size of the job, we can offer a payment plan if we’re familiar with the customer.
We don’t, but if we receive bulk work from a monthly hydro-jetting location, which is mostly commercial locations, we can offer a discounted price, provided it’s a monthly service.
A 50% deposit is required for scheduled jobs that run into a few thousand dollars.
Somebody needs to be at the location with the technician. Our policy, for their and the customer’s protection, is that no one should be alone in anyone’s apartment.
It varies and depends on what the customer wants. We could be installing a toilet bowl, and they may prefer a “Gerber,” an “American Standard,” or a “Glacier Bay.”
Whatever the customer asks for, we’ll do our due diligence to get it for them at the best possible price. Or the customer can order it and have it delivered to their home, and then call us to come and do the installation.
That’s for things like toilet bowls, faucets, drain assemblies, strainers, nipples, elbows, and hose lines. We can accommodate that either way. Either the customer picks it up, or we pick it up for them; if our plumbing supply house doesn’t have it, we will order it.
If it’s a sewer issue, we recommend that customers make sure that the area where our technician will be working, which is always where the main house trap is, is clear. Make sure he has room to get in there, open the trap, and operate his machine so he can do his job properly without obstructions.
